The hotel has 20 en-suite rooms, all enjoying their own unique character born of the hotel’s former life as a grand Victorian Villa. Most rooms enjoy uninterrupted sea views, with others enjoying an outlook onto the grand Victorian Crescent or the leafy Glen Gardens. You can make your preference when booking subject to availability.

Balcony Sea View Rooms
Our premium rooms offer comfortable accommodation, uninterrupted views over the sea and the additional benefit of a private terrace with table and chairs from which to enjoy them.
Sea View Rooms
Our Sea View rooms offer bright, stylish and comfortable accommodation with uninterrupted sea views over the seafront and across to Filey Brigg making the most of the Hotel’s stunning cliff-top location.
Crescent Sea View Rooms
Our Crescent Sea View rooms offer the stylish and comfortable accommodation with views down the grand Victorian terrace with its clifftop gardens over to the sea.
Glen Gardens View Rooms
Our Glen Garden rooms enjoy the same stylish and comfort accommodations, but look out over Filey’s famous Glen Gardens, delivering views of the manicured flower beds and boating lake.
Furnishings
Furnished with locally sourced beds from Yorkshire’s Harrison Spinks, wallpapers from Jessica Hogarth of Whitby and artwork from local artist Ian Mitchell of Staithes they ensure relaxation surrounded by the best of local providers.
Facilities
All rooms come with a television, tea & coffee making facilities, hair dryer and toiletries. There is a lift servicing all floors.
